Substation Brixton - Subatomic Climbing Party

Bouldering has become a bit of an addiction is an understatement 😅

@substation.brixton hosted their Subatomic Climbing Party where I got to fulfil 2 of the hobbies I enjoy! Climbing & Photography 📸

It was an awesome evening and would certainly attend again 🔥

My Wife and I were attending mainly because of the event, but I happened to have my camera with me and asked about taking photos.

The Event Organiser kindly allowed me to take photos and explained that there was a system with coloured armbands to indicate whether if someone is fine with have their photo taken.

This was a good experience for “Sports Photography.” It was fast paced action and low light conditions. It was a challenge at times trying to balance the shutter speed for sharp photos while maintaining good exposure.

For other photographers out there, I would like to recommend Bouldering as a great form of exercise to build strength in our arms for when we need to hold up our cameras for extended periods of time.
